Aw no you should actually be proud of yourself for publishing so young! It's a great learning experience. But YES. I agree with that *embarrassment*. My self published book from when I was eleven is still on Amazon, and I just wave it off when someone mentions it lol.

Actually as someone from the dinosaur era 🦖 I existed for over 40 years of my life without the internet or social media, we had no choice! They just didn't exist!! Fortunately, it is not essential for me to use it, however it has brought benefits to my life, instant fingertip information, And a place to write store and share my poetry. It brings to mind the fairy tale off The emperor's New clothes! Am I the only one in the crowd to see just how dangerous social media is?, obviously that is overstating, but I feel sorry for a younger generation that has only known social media. We have the expression which states Know Thine Enemy! If we are honest social media is not here for our benefit, it is here to fill the coffers of corporate giants! Evolution has not kept pace with technology, hence the mental health damage caused to so many young people. I worry when I see that's people are giving it up!! Over the years I tried many times to give up smoking, drinking etc overnight!! It can work but rarely, many will end up going back to it? It's not a challenge to face alone, buddy up with a friend, and together cut down your use over a period of time! Sort the wheat from the chaff!!! Some sites are beneficial, some sites are evil!!, but I think we all know that! Good luck!! It won't be easy but the result will pay off in the end! Regards David 🦖

I've been using social media for 19.5 years. I'm 41 I deleted all my platforms 3 days ago. (except RUclips) It's certainly not the first time I've deleted these platforms. Last time was for 6 months this time I'm hoping for a year or beyond. Once again, I told none of my friends I was leaving and after 3 days no one has noticed I'm gone. When I quit for 6 months it took weeks for people to finally send a text asking what had happened. No life in social media life!!

Hi! Im 13 aswell and you really inspired me do a tually start on a book. This idea has been floating on my mind recently. It's about religion, more specifically a religious boy and an atheist girl, pseudo-love story I guess? But the premise wont be focused on romance. Instead, it will be like a back-and-forth between both of them disputing wether god is real or not, but I want the series to end not with the vocal point of the story being if God is real or not, rather how it affected both individuals negatively and positively, and shaped their self-growth and finding strength through their beliefs. Thoughts?

Whenever I watch your video I learn sth new. This time I get to know that I can also write a book bcz I have a lot of stuffs to write on but of course meaningful. And, before that I have to increase my vocabulary to make it better and to do so I have to read more books which are also inspired by you. Thank You ! as a content creator, singer, drawer and model, the most off my differents audience are on instagram. If I delete it, I lose a lot of contacts and opportinities. But it's actually a big fight to avoid scrolling everytime I open the app to post.
